KeyPoint Government Solutions is currently seeking candidates for a Subject Contact Technician. Candidates for this opening may work from home.

This position requests and processes confidential information and may correspond in a variety of ways including telephone, email and mail to obtain information required for items assigned to them. This position will work on assigned special projects and reports as needed. Maintains and updates multiple database systems with accuracy and efficiency. Work is routine and repetitive and follows various standardized operating procedures.

Essential Functions:

  • Assign, re-assign, cancel, and change work assignments in the computer database

  • Contact investigative subjects and other related individuals in order to verify case details

  • Provide outstanding customer service to subjects and other related individuals, as well as KeyPoint field investigators throughout the US

  • Track and communicate various case details and updates in the computer database

  • Work through other available methods to acquire subject locations and or case need

  • Delete reports of investigation within computer database

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Attend new hire orientation

  • One to two years progressively responsible administrative experience

  • Previous experience with NBIB background investigations and PIPS preferred

  • Detail oriented

  • Strong internet research skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to perform data entry and typing duties with accuracy

  • Must be dependable and highly responsible

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality requirements of assigned work

  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • U.S. citizenship (required for federal security clearance)

Federal Background Investigation REQUIRED please read.

The selected candidate for this position must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated government background investigation. This background investigation requires U.S. citizenship and will include an investigation of 10+ years of history including financial, education, employment, medical, residence, and personal records. The cost of this investigation will be paid by KeyPoint.
