KeyPoint Government Solutions Review Manager in Loveland, Colorado
KeyPoint Government Solutions is currently seeking candidates for a NBIB Review Manager. Candidates for this opening must be located in the Loveland, CO or Slippery Rock, PA areas, or include a cover letter explaining relocation plans.
The incumbent in this position ensures the smooth flow of all activities dealing with case work in the Review area, including reviewing the case and ensuring it meets the requirements of the customer as to case type and executing appropriate follow-up. Frequently interacts with subordinates, provides direction and guidance to Leads and Review staff. Provides direct daily supervision of subordinates and includes hiring, evaluation, disciplinary action, coaching, counseling and terminations.
Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of specific contract and case closure requirements.
Responsible for determining training needs and administer the programs to meet those needs.
Provides direct daily supervision including hiring, evaluation, training, disciplinary action, coaching, counseling and termination actions with direct reports
Supervises the review of case files

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
New hire orientation
2-3 years’ experience conducting NBIB Background investigations or 2-3 years reviewing or adjudicating federal background investigations preferred
Prior experience as a field investigator or case reviewer is preferred
Supervisory experience is preferred
Must have strong written and verbal communications skills
Must be well organized and possess the ability to multi-task
Microsoft office proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel
Experience with PIPS and PIPS-R preferred
Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
U.S. citizenship (required for federal security clearance)

The selected candidate for this position must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated government background investigation. This background investigation requires U.S. citizenship and will include an investigation of 10+ years of history including financial, education, employment, medical, residence, and personal records. The cost of this investigation will be paid by KeyPoint.
