KeyPoint Government Solutions Custodian-Maintenance in Loveland, Colorado


KeyPoint Government Solutions is currently seeking candidates for a Custodian-Maintenance position. Candidates for this opening must be located in the Loveland, CO area or include a cover letter explaining relocation plans.

This position will be responsible for all custodial and light maintenance at our 33,000 square foot corporate office. Offices are federally secured facilities in Loveland. This position keeps floors, walls, windows, restrooms, furniture and fixtures of offices and other similar areas in a clean and sanitary condition. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Essential Functions:

  • Inspects building equipment, makes repairs as needed or notify Office Manager when repairs are needed by Vendor

  • Replaces bad ballasts

  • Minor plumbing repairs, i.e. replace broken toilet parts and/or broken faucets

  • Maintains safe work environment and understands material safety data sheets (MSDS)

  • Maintains confidentiality and security of building

  • Basic inventory management and online purchasing of janitorial supplies

  • Daily dusting, vacuuming and mopping

  • Trash and recycling removal, including breakdown of boxes or large trash inside and outside of building

  • Cleans 6 large bathrooms and 2 kitchens

  • Cleans all common areas and conference rooms

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Other special projects such as window cleaning, dusting air vents, carpet spot cleaning, light fixtures and light bulb replacement as directed


  • New Hire Orientation

  • Previous janitorial experience, previous building maintenance experience preferred including security/alarming a building preferred

  • Two years of general work experience required

  • Must be familiar with material safety data sheets (MSDS)

  • Attention to detail

  • Basic computer skills

  • Good customer service skills, professional appearance

  • U.S. citizenship (required for federal security clearance)

Federal Background Investigation REQUIRED please read.

The selected candidate for this position must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated government background investigation. This background investigation requires U.S. citizenship and will include an investigation of 10+ years of history including financial, education, employment, medical, residence, and personal records. The cost of this investigation will be paid by KeyPoint.
