KeyPoint Government Solutions Business Process Analyst in Loveland, Colorado


KeyPoint Government Solutions is currently seeking candidates for a Business Process Analyst. Candidates for this opening must be located in Loveland, CO or include a cover letter explaining relocation plans.

Research and dissect business processes to gain an intimate understanding of business needs and advise data analytics projects. Design simple and illustrative experiments to test hypotheses. Analyze and communicate results of these experiments to business executives. Design and implement dashboards that enable non-technical users to interact with the data and make exploratory discoveries.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist and advise the Head of Data Sciences

  • Leverage Data Science team to bring process analyses to the next level and have the ability to communicate those results to a broader audience

  • Intimately understand data storage in the company and help define business rules for the usage of it

  • Interact with all levels of the company to assist in developing strategies that utilize insight from analysis

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience as a process analyst

  • New hire orientation

  • 3+ years of experience in a combination of:

  • Using SQL to query large databases

  • Development or interpretation of Statistical models in the context of process improvement

  • Communicating exploratory analysis through convincing and easy-to-digest visualizations

  • Developing business rules related to key business metrics that results in proper utilization

  • Working with a highly analytic team

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with technical and non-technical team members

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to work on multiple projects/assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines and goals

  • High energy with a strong determination to overcome obstacles and creative, innovative approach to solving problems

  • Highly analytical individual who enjoys working with databases and database tools

  • Experience researching data issues

  • U.S. citizenship (required for federal security clearance)

The selected candidate for this position must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated government background investigation. This background investigation requires U.S. citizenship and will include an investigation of 10+ years of history including financial, education, employment, medical, residence, and personal records. The cost of this investigation will be paid by KeyPoint.
